Our Cleavers Story

Our cleavers are sustainably hand harvested each spring from our own rural Iowa acreage, where they grow naturally among the woodlands and meadows. Rather than purchasing dried cleavers from a supplier, we gather, prepare, and slowly infuse every harvest ourselves.

For centuries, cleavers (Galium aparine) has been traditionally recognized in Western herbalism as a botanical associated with healthy lymphatic function and overall wellness. Directions

Massage a small amount onto clean, dry skin wherever additional moisture is desired. May also be gently applied to the skin over external lymph node areas, including the neck, underarms, and groin. Allow the balm to absorb naturally. Reapply as needed. For external use only. Avoid mucous membranes.
